[bitbake-devel] some deficiencies regarding assignment explanation in current bitbake manual

  currently perusing the bitbake manual whose source comes with the
git clone, and there appear to be a couple deficiencies.

  first, there's no mention that all values now *require* quotes
(that's correct, isn't it?).  so that should definitely be added at
the beginning of the assignment section.

  also, there's no explanation about the difference between "hard" and
"weak" assignment.  there are references in the OE source tree to
these types of assignments, but that distinction doesn't appear to be
explained anywhere in the manual.  there's a section called "Setting a
weak default value", but there's no mention of what it means to be a
"hard" assignment, which will confuse people who are examining the
source and run across that.
