[bitbake-devel] [RFC][PATCH] tests/fetch.py: Add test for branch containing '@'

* currently decode_url regexp parses branch=@foo as username so it ends like this:
  - ('git', '', 'foo', 'git.openembedded.org/bitbake;branch=', '', {})
  + ('git', 'git.openembedded.org', '/bitbake', '', '', {'branch': '@foo'})
