tests/fetch: improve unittest for wget method latest_versionstring

Changed version searching comparision from == to >= this makes
the test less fragile.

Signed-off-by: Aníbal Limón <anibal.limon at linux.intel.com>

fetch/wget: Rename _latest_versionstring to latest_versionstring.

Signed-off-by: Aníbal Limón <anibal.limon at linux.intel.com>

fetch/wget: check_latest_version fix version searching

When search over HTML using custom REGEX take into account
name of the package because is needed to match the new version.

Now if custom REGEX is specified only search using it instead
of generic REGEX.
