V2: This patch set adds the missing author signoffs

1) This patch is intended for both YP-2.4.1 and master. 

Upon guidance from Joshua, I will send the Pyro 2.4.1 patch set subsequently.

2) This patch contains the following:
    * 12363: this is a Medium+ defect to fix broken master Toaster builds to Rocko projects
    * 12316,12315: these resolve issues from the ELCE-Prague BoF meeting
    * 12192,12204,12193: these resolve forward going issues

3) There are no new files


The following changes since commit 4ed19ac8c19afd56d445d84e02b622cb056b8359:

  poky: Switch to post release name/version (2017-11-14 17:26:58 +0000)
