so we have an accurate headcount. We are close to capacity in the room
jefro found and may have to close registration.

Also, the board has had some discussion about providing remote access.
In the past, we have setup a google hangout with varying degrees of
success. However, the one constant is we lose 30-minutes to an hour of
productive meeting time. For this meeting, we propose to not spend time
setting up the hangout. We'd like some feedback on this.

I'd like some ideas how to manage a group this large. Normally, we would
go over topics as a group, but I understand that for a group this large,
it may be useful to split into smaller groups. Once again comments are
welcome so we have a clear idea how to run the meeting.
