[Openembedded-architecture] gnutls 3.6 upgrade

Hello,


Gnutls has a 3.6.x version that changes many ABI's and is why I updated
and stayed with the 3.5 series instead.

I know we just went the opensslv1.1 upgrade and maybe lessons learned
there can help guide us in the matter?


Some integration path ideas  listed below:

1) Add it now with "|DEFAULT_PREFERENCE| to '-1' " set

2) Have the update sit in akuster/mut to assess the impact and fix
issues. This allow running in Yocto AB

3) or both

Doing #1 allows us to hit a larger layer set.

Targeting  for 2.5 release.
