uclibc 0.9.29: Add avr32/uClibc.machine for uClibc-0.9.29.  With this patch you should now
be able to build uClibc 0.9.29 for the AVR32.  Most of the necessary patches
to uClibc were already in OE, just the uClibc.machine file was missing.
