qtnx: add my latets patches from the n810 work
* add patch for keychoose dialog
* integrate the stuff from the dodnx fork
  including the nxssh-proxy support
* add patch for choosing the keyboard
* add patch for delete session files
* bump PR
* add patch for detecting ssh dns errors
