I hadn't seen that commit before, but if the file was changed, it's been
changed back, see the output of

wget -q -O- http://www.lartmaker.nl/lartware/port/devmem2.c | md5sum

Also, note that the same file is referenced just above in the checksums.ini
file at a different URL; at that URL it has the checksums given. The difference
between the two files is just in the comments at the top though.
