I'm building an x11-gpe-image for iwmmxt and this is a blocker. I can't seem to
fix it. 

The DSOFLAGS build variable should be equal to LDFLAGS, according to
cups_1.2.12.bb (DSOFLAGS="${LDFLAGS}" oe_runconf). However, it actually gets
set to "-Wl,-soname,`basename $@` -shared $(OPTIM)", in Makedefs.
