libcgicc_3.2.3.bb in the tree is failing for me, so I updated it for version
3.2.7.

The recipe is very similar to 3.2.3, I just had to update the SRC_URI and add

EXTRA_OECONF += " --disable-demos "

Since the demos aren't gcc 4.3+ friendly, and they seem to require doxygen. 
The debian package disables the demos as well so it seems like the thing to do
:)
