I have only said that I fixed it on 4.4.1 and above you have tested on 4.2.2
which I have not. You could use gcc 4.4.2 or 4.4.1 and it should work. If you
must use 4.2.2 for some reason try removing 

SRC_URI_append_sh3  = " file://sh3-installfix-fixheaders.patch;patch=1 "

from gcc-4.2.2.inc file. This might help you
