PREFERRED_VERSION_util-macros ?= "1.4.1"
PREFERRED_VERSION_util-macros-native ?= "1.4.1"

add the above to local.conf, the configuration of this package passed. So it is
caused by the incorrect version of util-macros.

see configure.ac of util-macros for more information. 

XORG_MACROS_VERSION(1.2) indicates the util-macros must be 1.2 or later.
