git.mplayerhq.hu (and git.ffmpeg.org as described by the ffmpeg docs) give a
connection refused today. As such, any build that relies on ffmpeg succeeding
is doomed to failure..

Not sure if this is a permanent bug.. but ffmpeg_git is preferred on ARM
(therefore beagleboard etc.) and I am surprised nobody has seen this recently.

(git and protocol works fine, I checked out the OE repo and did a git pull to
test)
