patch against fix-install.patch patch :)

Building fails when applying fix-install.patch. The patch looks for
Makefile.old and Makefile. Obviously, there is a problem, as the recipe applies
the patch at level '1'. The attached patch fixes the problem by altering
fix-install.patch headers.. Looks like it's also valid for .dev, but as I did
not try, I can't be sure...
