Recipe for ddd

GNU DDD is a graphical front-end for command-line debuggers such as GDB
This recipe makes it possible to compile and run ddd directly on the target.

The attaches patch also fixes a compatiblity problem with the lesstif headers
when building ddd with gcc 4.x
