kexec-tools-static_2.0.0: more fixes towards klibc static linking
 - still failing do_compile
 - FIXME: sha256_update was taken from old 1.110 version
 - FIXME: forced nr_cpus = 1 vs. nr_cpus = sysconf(_SC_NPROCESSORS_CONF)
 - don't bump PR - no runtime yet :/
