I've tried building a minimal-image for beagleboard on two different host, I'm
starting out with a fresh openembedde git pull and a clean tmp/. Both hosts
fails to build udev and jack due to an undefined reference to ppoll. The
log.do_configure shows that jack looks for ppoll and finds it, but still fails
and the linking stage. 

More people seems to have this problem, check the comments in bug:
