I can confirm this issue. I wouldn't mind to have -force-defaults as a default
parameter for two reasons:
- Making the do_rootfs stage interactive is not useful
- Usually it is not needed at all, opkg usually doesn't need any confirmation
from the user. 

An option would be to error out in such a case. Espacially for this case where
a file would get replaced this might be a valid option.
