internal compiler error when building ncurses.

Hi, when building ncurses I run into this:

OE updated today 5-Nov-2009, my local.conf has:
MACHINE = "a780"
DISTRO = "minimal"
require conf/distro/include/sane-srcrevs.inc
require conf/distro/include/fso-autorev.inc

The host is
