linux-msm7xxxx: added htcdream support

we use a 2.6.29 kernel with support for usbnet,framebuffer,
touchscreen(tslib),modem emulated serial line,
keyboard,trackball
wifi could be added later(with wireless-compat)
alsa is missing(not ready yet)
