I would like to produce GUI Perl applications under Angstrom for Spitz.  I
installed the perl-module-extutils-makemaker package.  Whenver I attempt to
issue the command:

`perl -MCPAN -e shell`

from the `su -` root command prompt, I get the perl compilation error message
that ExtUtils/MakeMaker/Config.PL could not be found.  The shell will not load,
and thus nothing can be installed from CPAN.
