mdev,micro-base-image: removing mdev,because there is already "busybox-mdev"

mdev recipe was useless and had an empty config(mdev.conf)
That caused some issues such as not beeing able to boot
moreover I was told that I could drop it:
"Please go ahead and drop it :-)"
