u-boot: calamari: moved to 2010.06 version

all changes are calamari specific
moved to 2010.06 version
made sure all u-boot variants are build and deployed (for nor/nand/sd/spi)
removed the patches that have been merged upstream
removed a stale file that was not used: buggy-gcc-really-no-spe.patch
added patch to increase sd card timeout
