I'm sorry if I came across as unnecessarily harsh, it's a knee-jerk response, I
think, and I apologize for it.

The first of these is already taken care of.

The second of these would be better handled, per some discussion yesterday and
during yesterday's TSC Meeting (the notes will be going out shortly) by moving
the defaults around to make it so it isn't so easy for the user to accidentally
mess it up.  I can't see any conceivable use case where you *wouldn't* want the
files for ${PN}-dbg to contain the default .debug files, so let's do what we
can to prevent it from happening.  I'll be writing something up on a proposed
task to take that effort on.

Resolving as invalid for now, since neither of these will best be handled via
recipe_sanity.  Please do continue to open bugs to help to track these kinds of
things, if you're willing.  I won't be so harsh in the future :)
