gdk-pixbuf-csource-native-2.12.11-r7.0 puts too much pkgconfig files to
staging:

bitbake at jama ~/dev $ ls
../tmpdir-dev-shr/work/x86_64-linux/gdk-pixbuf-csource-native-2.12.11-r7.0/staging-pkg/staging/x86_64-linux/usr/lib/pkgconfig/
gdk-2.0.pc  gdk-pixbuf-2.0.pc  gdk-pixbuf-xlib-2.0.pc  gtk+-2.0.pc 
gtk+-unix-print-2.0.pc

which overwrittes ie gtk+-2.0.pc stored by gtk+-native and as atk header files
are now in /usr/include/atk-1.0/atk/atk.h etc it will fail later.

So gdk-pixbuf-csource-native should be upgraded to version compatible with
latest available gtk+ or stage only his pkgconfig files.
