sharprom-compatible.conf: define PREFERRED_VERSION-linux-libc-headers

* define PREFERRED_VERSION-linux-libc-headers to keep bitbake happy
  about recipes/prismstumbler/prismstumbler_0.7.3+0.7.4pre1.bb which
  assumes this variable to be defined
