Seems to work just fine using Angstrom. Built last night for c7x0.

- zaurus-2.6.inc sets IMAGE_FSTYPES += "jffs2 tar.gz"  for regular images  
- initramfs-kexecboot-image set IMAGE_FSTYPES = "cpio.gz cpio.lzma" just
locally

Definitely not a kernel bug. Thx for the report.
