now this library is moved into libthread-db1 ipk and its being installed due to 
tasks/task-sdk-bare.bb

adding 

RRECOMMENDS_gdb_append_linux-uclibc = " uclibc-thread-db "
RRECOMMENDS_gdb_append_linux-uclibceabi = " uclibc-thread-db "
RRECOMMENDS_gdb_append_linux-spe = " uclibc-thread-db "

to gdb should be enough.
