Martin, nobody is working on userspace stuff for a780 ATM, but it would be
easier to do this with an image built.

I'd say we first add a rough fix just to make it build, and later proper
support can be added.

The question is, should I add a dummy config file to work around the issue? Or
rather the build should not fail when a config file is not found assuming there
is no proper support for that machine yet? The latter could be more future
proof.
