libsoup-2.4_2.29.91.bb log.do_configure

Hi,

libsoup-2.4_2.29.91.bb fails in do_configure with this message:
| configure.ac:5: error: Autoconf version 2.63 or higher is required

A snippet from my local.conf:
MACHINE = "a780"
DISTRO = "minimal"
require conf/distro/include/sane-srcrevs.inc
require conf/distro/include/fso-autorev.inc
