Summary: PHP php_5.2.13.bb do_configure permission error
Product: Openembedded
Version: org.openembedded.dev
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P3
Component: unspecified
AssignedTo: openembedded-commits at lists.openembedded.org
ReportedBy: tomasz at ourscale.eu
PHP doesn't build on my development machine. It does however builds fine on
tinderbox, which begs for a question - what's the difference.
On my box, I'm getting the following permission error (building as a regular
user):
| sed: can't read
/home/qdot/Desktop/intercom/oebase/tmp/work/armv4t-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/php-5.2.13-r6/php-5.2.13/.pc/CVE-2010-0397.patch/ext/xmlrpc/tests/bug51288.phpt:
Permission denied
The file in question, has the following permissions set:
---------- 1 qdot qdot 0 Mar 25 05:29
/home/qdot/Desktop/intercom/oebase/tmp/work/armv4t-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/php-5.2.13-r6/php-5.2.13/.pc/CVE-2010-0397.patch/ext/xmlrpc/tests/bug51288.phpt
Why does that happen and how can I either fix it or prevent it from causing me
problems. My goal is to build a custom base jffs2 image containing, among other
things, php.
Cheers,
Tomasz
