AFAIK e2fsprogs-uuidgen was removed

so the problem you see is because opkg is upgrading e2fsprogs and util-linux-ng
in the same batch and util-linux-ng is upgraded (with detected file colision)
before orphaned e2fsprogs-uuidgen is removed.

I agree that u-a would make this transition better (no user interaction
needed), but "opkg remove -force-depends e2fsprogs-uuidgen; opkg upgrade;" or
even "opkg upgrade e2fsprogs; echo 'e2fsprogs-uuidgen should be orphan and
removed now'; opkg upgrade;" are also possible work-arounds.
