linux-kexecboot: initial linux-kexecboot_2.6.34

* still disabling some important options (probably overkill):
* # CONFIG_BLK_DEV_BSG is not set (no need for udev)
* # CONFIG_SYSFS is not set # CONFIG_TMPFS is not set (no sys, devtmpfs)

* remove now unused kernel version committed by Zaurus developers
