linux-openmoko: drop 2.6.31 and shr-drm-devel (2.6.29-rc3+drm patches) version

* 2.6.32 version is superior in all aspects
* this versions have WSOD issue on every resume (so not as usable as
  2.6.32 where it's fixed)
