gstreamer-ti_svn: various updates

* apply patch from tracker 1208 to get zero copy support on DM365 platform.
* enable c6accel based element on omap3 platforms.
* update dm365 loadmodules to reserve ARM TCM need by platinum codecs.
* add loadmodule for omapl138.
