connman-gnome: upgrade to 0.7

This incorporates all of our patches, and works with ConnMan 1.0.

Also rationalise the dependencies: depend on dbus-glib not dbus, python isn't
required at all, connman is a dependency, and the connman modules used should be
decided by the image features.
