webkitgtk: update to 2.22.3
Remove upstreamed patches.
Add a tweak to 0001-When-building-introspection-files-add-CMAKE_C_FLAGS-.patch
for Javascriptcore gir file (previously it was pre-compiled in tarballs).
Rebase 0001-Fix-build-with-musl.patch
