01) agenda:
* Network switch money transfer
* Financial "obligations" to OSUOSL
* Other spendings

02) Network switch money transfer
* florian reports that wire transfer to purchase the network switch has worked
  ** the paper receipt was sent back from recipients to florian
  ** money were sent in dollars, processing fees were split, around $15

03) Financial "obligations" to OSUOSL
* still trying to figure out the amount to be "donated" to OSUOSL for hosting the OE infrastructure
* Crofton managed to arrange a business trip to California to attend Yocto AB meeting (with a stop at Vancouver for LinuxCon!)
  ** to meet in person with OSUOSL team (Jeff Sheltren and others)
  ** get the overlall feel for how the team works and interacts with other parties
  ** discuss the expectation of OSUOSL for monetary compensation
  ** possibly get the specific details on the equipment and networking used @ OSUOSL for OE infrastructure

04) Other spendings
* florian is in the process of assembling the event box
* no additional expenses at this moment
  ** most of the items are already available
  ** eventually may need to purchase a nice box itself to hold the event gear
