Richard,
I have done a first pass review of these pull requests, and a number
of build both on the Autobuilder and privately across architecutres.
I believe that the GCC 4.6.1 is ready to go and safe.
There will be some corresponding yocto requests that I will push once
you have pulled these into oe-core.
