[OE-core] [PATCH 0/1] Uprev prelink (v2)

Updated the prelink to latest version.

Also split out the cron configuration, change the configuration so it's enabled by default.

  qemuimagetest: update cvs and iptables to newer version for toolchain test (2011-06-24 11:28:28 +0100)
