[OE-core] [PATCH 0/1] Define some distro overridable varibles

Some distros use busybox-mdev instead of udev e.g. this patch
defines variables to denote those and can be overridden in distro
policies. Defaults are kept as it is in default-distrovars.inc

With this patch following patch is not needed
