[OE-core] [oe] OE Changelog for 2011-4-8 to 2011-4-15

I like this, the one suggest I have is at the TOP of the email, briefly note
which repositories are covered in this.

I didn't notice openembedded-core the first I looked at it, so I didn't think it
was there.
