[OE-core] [PATCH 0/3] linux-yocto: consolidated pull request

Just clearing my queue of some recent changes.

 - version bumps for v3.4.19, v3.4.20
 - a change to make the fetch aware of the fact that the meta
   branch name can change
 - emenlow BSP changes for a psb -> emgd switch

Sanity checks all pass on my local builds and boots.
