Thank you for looking into this, we do run world build, but clearly we 
need to expand the arch list!

Someone is looking into updating the ICU package to the new version, 
which will help out as it removes some patches, but there is still and 
issue with autotools that is being investigated, this should be fixed 
shortly or it will be reverted.
