[OE-core] seems like links to bitbake need to be updated in places

  if one googles on getting bitbake, one of the first links is to
here:

http://developer.berlios.de/projects/bitbake/

which seems somewhat out of date (version 1.12.0?).  but that's the
page one is taken to if one is reading the OE wiki page here:

http://www.openembedded.org/wiki/Getting_started

down in the section "Getting a working bitbake".
