[OE-core] redundant git fetcher parameters

  there's obviously no need for a lot of git SRC_URI entries to
contain either "procotol=git" or "branch=master" since those are
(allegedly) the defaults.

  but i'm curious about the alleged default of "tag=master".  what's
the rationale behind having that value?  it seems kind of odd.
