[OE-core] python build check

Hi, all!

is there some custom QA mechanism to run on compilation output to
detect Bad Things?
I need to check that mandatory modules in Python are built properly
(like _hashlib).
Because it reports normal status but becomes unusable in non-obvious way.

It prints failed modules on stdout during compilation, so some log
processing is necessary.
