[OE-core] what's the proper place to make comments about the bitbake manual?

  i'm collecting a bunch of observations and suggestions about the
current bitbake manual -- should i continue posting them to
bitbake-devel, or should that list be reserved for actual bitbake
developer questions rather than documentation?
