[OE-core] [PATCH] rt-tests: fix dependency on eglibc, clean LDFLAGS passing

Replace dependency on eglibc with virtual/libc
Pass LDFLAGS to TARGET_CC_ARCH, instead of CFLAGS as Makefile overrides it
